The new MySmile SelfCare Mobile App is a new innovation from Smile Uganda. The application comes to make the lives of its users easy with secure and easy access to Smile services, customers using the MySmile App can:
- Check Balances (Airtime, Data, Voice minutes);
- Recharge data bundles, voice bundles, and airtime and pay on the App;
- Convert Airtime credit to data and voice minutes;
- Share Airtime between their Smile Numbers;
- View and download history for usage and purchase,
- View personal information, SIM//Device information and KYC status,
- Contact Smile Customer Care with one click;
- Finally, engage Smile on all Smile social media platforms
To use the MySmile App,
- Download it free from Google Play Store for Android and Apple Store for iOS devices.
- After downloading the App, select the country as Uganda.
- Register with the Smile Number/Username and add a Password OR login using your current MySmile Portal login credentials.
