Business People Should Always Be Careful Publicly Discussing These 3 Things- Amos Wekesa

Amos Wekesa is a business man and the Founder of Great Lakes Safaris and Uganda Lodges Limited. In this Facebook post, he gives advice on 3 things you should be careful of as you discuss them. Okay guys, if one is a genuine business person, not a tenderpreneur or a middleman, there are 3 things you must always be careful publically discussing.
The first is Tribe, even when you have sentiments about different tribes or people belonging to a certain tribe, keep it to yourself. A genuine business person will employ people from different tribes plus will have customers from different tribes. Many people with the ability to spend money on your services operate above tribe.

Number 2

Don’t discuss the color of people’s skin and yes, you don’t know who reads your opinions. It’s foolishness to do so and expect business. The above reasons apply. Many of your customers may despise people who discuss the color of their skin.

Number 3

Politics, also because potential customers and workmates belong to different political lines. So you won’t hear Amos Wekesa say Katumba is that and that or Mao is that and that or Bobi is that and that or Sevo is that and this.
Like today, I can simply write facts for some people to learn, and yes, not everyone reads and knows the value of good information. Good information helps people make informed choices and that can be seen in your output, not words.
If you follow my page and expect me to always talk about the above 3 then you are following the wrong wall. Many of my Facebook buddies want to learn about family and its challenges  ( on 18th year of marriage now), want to learn about business( making 20 years in business this year, not a mean feat).
Many want to just laugh, others want to know how a business person lives his or her life, others enjoy my riding stories, etc. I know so much about tribes( I have read so much about this), the color of skin, and politics but my approach can’t be like what many people expect.
